Robert Butler
Robert Butler has total oversight of Sage’s Upscale and Premier Collections, which encompass Sage’s portfolio of branded and soft-branded full-service and upscale hotels across the country. In addition to directly working with a portfolio of properties, he directs a team of seasoned and accomplished operational leaders at the Sage Home Office.
Butler’s career in hospitality spans more than 30 years, during which he has consistently demonstrated the ability to lead hotel teams to deliver exceptional performance. Outside of his focus on delivering meaningful results, Butler is dedicated to nurturing long-term partnerships with various ownership groups, growing and mentoring talented hoteliers and creating career paths for associates while driving superior associate engagement.
